Yes, we offer exchanges for eligible orders. If you receive a defective item or face a genuine size-related issue with a stitched outfit, we're happy to assist with an exchange. Please note that returns and refunds are not available.

We accept claims only if:

• You received damaged/torn fabric (on arrival)
• You received the wrong product
• Your order is not delivered to you (confirmed lost in transit)
