Order Cancellations
Can I cancel myorder?
Yes—you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order (or
before dispatch, whichever happens first). After that, your order usually moves
into processing and cannot be cancelled.

Can Style with Saleeqa cancel an order?
In rare cases, yes—for example, if an item becomes unavailable, there’s a
payment verification issue, or we catch a quality concern before dispatch. If
we cancel your order, we’ll inform you right away and process a full refund.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Most orders are dispatched within [2-4 business days]. During new
launches, festive seasons, or high-order periods, dispatch may take slightly
longer—but we’ll keep you updated.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery timelines depend on your location and courier partner. We’ll share
tracking details once your order is shipped so you can follow it easily.
What if my address or phone number is incorrect?
Please double-check your details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an
incorrect address, missing phone number, repeated failed delivery attempts, or
refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.
Do you deliver on weekends/holidays?
Courier delivery schedules vary by city. If there’s a local holiday delay, your
tracking link will reflect the latest update.
My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it—what should I do?
Please contact us within 24 hours so we can immediately raise a courier
investigation. Sometimes parcels are left with building security, neighbors, or
reception—so checking there first helps too.

Will the colour match exactly?
We make every effort to display colours as accurately as possible.
However, colours can look different depending on:

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because we sell fabric and unstitched materials (which can be easily
handled, cut, stitched, or altered), we generally do not accept
returns/exchanges.
That said, we absolutely stand by our quality and will support you if
there’s a genuine issue.
When do you accept a return/exchange/refund?
We accept claims only if:
- You received damaged/torn
fabric (on arrival) - You received
the wrong product - Your order is not
delivered to you (confirmed lost in transit)
How soon do I need to report an issue?
Please notify us within 24–48 hours of
delivery (the sooner the better) so we can help quickly
What do you need from me to raise a claim?
To make the process smooth and fair, we’ll ask for:
• your order number
• clear photos/videos of the issue
• photos of the outer packaging + shipping label
• (recommended) an unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal
How will my issue be resolved?
Depending on the case, we may offer:
• a replacement (if available), or
• store credit, or
• a refund (where applicable)
How long do refund stake?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days
to the original payment method (bank timelines can vary). If you don’t see it
after 10 business days, check with your bank/card provider, then contact us.
Are sale/discounted items refundable?
Sale/discounted items are typically final sale, unless the item is
damaged on arrival or incorrect.
Washing & Care Instructions
How should I care for my fabric?
For best results, we recommend dry clean for the first wash for most
fabrics. After that, care depends on the fabric type and work.
Can I wash it at home?
Some fabrics can be gently hand-washed, but others (especially embroidered,
printed, or delicate materials) may need special care. If you’re unsure,
message us and we’ll guide you based on the fabric.
Do you take responsibility for damage after washing?
We can’t take responsibility for damage caused by incorrect washing, harsh
detergents, soaking, bleaching, or improper ironing. When in doubt, dry clean
is the safest first step.
