Refund policy
Reporting Window (Mandatory)
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery (recommended) at support@stylewithsaleeqa.com with:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and inner packing
- Recommended: unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal for claim validation
If you do not report within this time window, we may be unable to support the claim.
Inspection & Resolution
After you raise a claim, we may:
- Replacement: 7 working days (same product), subject to availability
- Refund if approved within 3 working days
