TERMS & CONDITIONS — STYLE WITH SALEEQA

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Style with Saleeqa website, social pages, and services (collectively, “Platform”) and all purchases made from Style with Saleeqa (“we,” “us,” “our”). By browsing, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or place an order.

1) About Our Products
Our products are primarily unstitched fabrics, suits, and dupattas and may require tailoring or finishing.
Product images, styling, and pairing accessories (if shown) are for presentation only unless explicitly stated as included.
Minor variations in weave, embroidery placement, handwork, print alignment, and finish may occur due to the nature of textiles and artisan work and are not considered defects.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibility
You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract to place an order.
If you provide any personal details (name, address, phone number, email), you confirm they are accurate and current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account/login (if applicable) and for all activities under your account.

3) Pricing, Taxes & Payments
Prices are listed in INR unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice; however, you will be charged the price shown at checkout at the time you place your order.
Taxes (GST) and shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout or communicated before confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized transactions.

4) Order Placement, Acceptance & Communication
An order is considered placed once payment is received (or COD confirmed, if offered) and you receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including in cases of:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or description errors
• Address or delivery constraints
• Payment verification issues

If we cancel an order after payment, we will initiate a refund as per Section 8.

5) Order Cancellations

A) Customer-Initiated Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (or before dispatch, whichever is earlier).
After this period, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

B) Cancellations by Style with Saleeqa
We may cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (for example product unavailability, quality issues detected before dispatch, payment issues, or courier constraints).
If cancelled, you will be informed and receive a refund to the original payment method (see Section 8).

6) Shipping, Delivery & Address Rules
Dispatch timelines are typically 5–7 business days unless otherwise mentioned on the product page or order confirmation.
Delivery timelines vary by location and courier. Any timelines shared are estimates, not guarantees.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including landmarks and correct phone number.
If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping may require additional charges.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please inspect packaging at delivery.

7) Colours, Measurements & Product Representation (Accuracy of Colours)
We try to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary due to photography, lighting, dye lots, and differences in screen settings (mobile or monitor). Please clarify any concerns about shade or fabric details before placing the order.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds (Important)

General Policy
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds except in the limited cases listed below.

Eligible Cases (Return / Refund / Replacement allowed only if):
• You receive damaged or torn fabric (manufacturing or packing damage)
• You receive the wrong product (wrong design, colour, or variant)
• Your product is not delivered to you (confirmed lost in transit as per courier tracking or investigation)

Reporting Window (Mandatory)
You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery (recommended) at support@stylewithsaleeqa.com with:
• Order number
• Clear photos/videos of the product
• Photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and inner packing
• Recommended: unboxing video from sealed package to product reveal for claim validation

If you do not report within this time window, we may be unable to support the claim.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
• Any item that is used, washed, altered, stitched, tailored, or damaged after delivery
• Sale or discounted products (unless wrong or damaged on arrival)
• Customized or personalized orders (if offered)
• Items without original tags or packaging (if applicable)

Inspection & Resolution
After you raise a claim, we may:
• Offer a replacement (same product), subject to availability
• Offer store credit
• Offer a refund, as applicable

We may request the item be returned for inspection. If approved, return instructions will be provided.

If inspection shows that the product is not defective or wrong as claimed, the return may be rejected and the item may be shipped back (shipping charges may apply).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits) arising from use of the Platform or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.

13) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, government actions, pandemics, internet outages, or supply constraints.

14) Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our Platform, you consent to collection and use of information as described therein.

16) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
